Return & Refund Policy
At Ravenford Market, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions described below.
Return eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the product.
Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:

Return process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team and provide the order number and reason for the return.
Once the return request is approved, instructions will be provided on how to return the product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again and contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
